Refund Policy

Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned, and exchanges are available. Contact us within 30 calendar days after the delivery date. Non-defective merchandise must remain new, unused and in original condition.

Request review

Send cokiessongs@gmail.com the order number, checkout email and an explanation. For faulty, damaged, wrong or incomplete goods, also provide useful photos or video and keep the packaging. Do not mail the item until approval and the correct instructions are provided.

Postage, fees and exchanges

The parcel contains a free prepaid label for an eligible mailed return. Ask us for help if that label is missing. No restocking fee applies. Exchange fulfillment depends on approval and inventory.

Returning funds

Once approved, the refund is processed and initiated back to the original payment method within 10 days. The financial institution may take extra time to display it. Rights preserved by applicable law are not restricted.
