For US customers, checkout calculates the available delivery methods and their costs from the submitted address and basket.

Two timing stages

Following successful payment authorization, we typically prepare the parcel in 1–2 business days. Transportation after shipment is estimated at 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded, and carrier or weather events may cause delay.

Tracking or damage support

Confirm the street, unit, city, state and ZIP code before payment. Write to cokiessongs@gmail.com with the order and tracking references if tracking stalls, delivery cannot be located or goods arrive damaged. Retain the carton and relevant photos.
